Concord West Mediterranean House
A contemporary Mediterranean-inspired family home where sculpted white forms, arched openings and warm timber accents frame a generous, carefully coordinated two-storey plan.

Project overview
The design proposes a new two-storey dwelling with an in-ground pool in Concord West. Its contemporary Mediterranean expression is built around softly rendered walls, curved and arched openings, deep reveals and timber screening, giving the home a distinctive identity while keeping the street elevation calm and composed.
The approximately 328 m² plan is organised for flexible family living. The ground floor includes a guest bedroom with ensuite, formal lounge, home theatre, open kitchen, dining and living area, laundry, double garage and a covered entertaining zone connected to the rear garden and pool.
Upstairs, the main bedroom has a walk-in robe and ensuite, supported by three further bedrooms, additional ensuites, a study and a family sitting area. A sculptural stair, skylights and carefully placed openings bring light into the centre of the plan while maintaining privacy from neighbouring homes.
The drawing package coordinates spatial planning, setbacks, floor-area calculations, pool placement, elevations, sections and construction information for the CDC pathway. This allows the Mediterranean design language and the practical requirements of a large family home to be resolved together from the outset.
