DA, CDC & subdivision-aware design

Duplex & Dual Occupancy Design Sydney

Duplex feasibility is decided by more than lot width. AusJu considers zoning, frontage, site area, access, trees, drainage, parking, private open space, built form and the intended title or subdivision strategy before design is advanced.

For homeowners, builders and small developers assessing attached or detached dual occupancy opportunities.

FAQ

Common questions

Is lot frontage alone enough to confirm a duplex?+

No. Frontage is only one control. Zoning, site area, access, constraints and all applicable standards must be checked.

Can AusJu assist with Torrens subdivision?+

We can coordinate the design and relevant consultant inputs, while subdivision advice and specialist work are confirmed for the individual project.
